Gdansk, Poland
When I visited Gdansk, Poland for the first time in 2007 I was amazed at the Old Town’s beauty. It is reminiscent of Riga’s Old Town. But Riga doesn’t have the equivalent to the big and black grain elevator. This is an 11th century structure which served farmers and people alike for centuries.
I painted this from a photograph.
