Perhaps it is obvious that I love painting the 14th Century Houses of the Blackheads. They were destroyed in 1941 by the German Luftwaffe and rebuilt in 2000 according to the original plans undergirded by modern engineering and technology.

I painted this small piece on commission for a business executive and included the palette I used for this painting. I love making palettes in the shape of the countries that I paint.
